Nausea and essential oils

The other day I felt nauseated to the point of getting sick. I then put on Di-gize essential oil to the belly where I felt nauseated and immediately started feeling better. Di-gize is great for any kind of belly upset, indigestion, heartburn, gas and bloating, not to mention works well for candida and parasite infestation. Great oil to have on hand when you have children.

That evening at the dinner table with my husband, I mentioned that I wanted to learn more about essential oils and learn from a book.
